In response to racial injustice and rising political unrest, Brinker spoke with empathy and commitment to do better. The Learning & Development team started the discussion through mini-modules and listening sessions. I was honored to develop the Unconscious Bias training while analyzing data and feedback to improve this initiative.

Chili’s Leadership
Each Chili’s back office was home to a dusty black box packed with unused printed materials. My team collaborated with partners in the field and leaned into survey feedback to create learning that our operations leaders could be proud of. The updated curriculum showcased a streamlined learning path, self-paced online modules, and a digital reference library.
